How long have you been working at RDP Newmans?
I have been working at RDP Newmans for 30 years.
What is your favourite thing about working for the firm?
One of the best things about the firm is the fantastic people that you get to work with.
What makes the firm different from other workplaces?
RDP Newmans offers me and the rest of our team a lot of flexibility and opportunities to progress.
Describe your average day?
My team and I process payroll for just under 500 clients, from annual to weekly payroll, including pensions, maternity, paternity and sick pay.
We also deal with a whole host of client’s queries and respond to HM Revenue & Customs.
What do you think makes you exceptional at your job?
I am a good multitasker and I am very hardworking. I like to build strong relationships and great rapport with clients, which is really beneficial to the growth of the firm.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Walking is what I enjoy the most.
