Staff members at Harrow and Southend-based chartered accountants RDP Newmans have taken part in a staff away day.
Approximately 60 members of the firm joined together at Belchamps Scout Activity Centre in Hockley, Essex to enjoy a day of activities and team building exercises.
The all-day event included activities such as climbing, water zorbing, archery, fencing and rifles.
Paul Stafford, partner at the firm, said: “At RDP Newmans we are conscious that there is more to life than work and we felt that having won the ICAEW Essex Accountancy firm of the year award it would be good for the whole firm to take a day away from their desks.”
“The main thing was to have fun, and I’m sure all the team who took part can say that is one thing they definitely took out of the day.
“It was a great chance for team members to get to know each other better, while learning some new skills and hobbies.”
